So its been a very long time since I've blogged..I really thought that this would be easier..once I took the time to set everything up... My new picture gallery: Click Here But alas I haven't had the time to put the pictures up..or update the blog for quite sometime... Well... I'm in the mood to blog again..who knows what did it..but I've been thinking of alot of things..and I just gotta talk about it..

Let just do a quick fast forward since my last blog entry..which was a while back... well I rolled off my project in Denver..it was a huge success..helped launch a product called Vongo www.Vongo.com, which is essentially an all you can download movie subscription website for the internet..is pretty sweet stuff..you can download your videos anywhere and watch anywhere as long as you pay the monthly fee. I was on a Microsoft strategy project for a while.. then surprised my family with a trip to New York for NYE! we stayed at the W Times Square..and couldn't have asked for a better weekend. I then went to Vegas for CES..to celebrate the launch of Vongo...and then when I got back..the same day (three hours later) I flew to london to visit my cousin..for a week... It was so much fun... the weekend I got back.. I went indoor rock climbing with co-workers.. and then I took a day trip to tahoe for snowboarding with my bro sunil the verma...and there were many highlights of that trip as always... now I'm working on some collaborative solutions and embedded warranty stuff.. all quite interesting.. my latest goal is to be super fit..by summer time...lets see what happens..i'm starting to get discouraged to go the gymn..only cuz..going EVERYDAY..just plain sux..as it feels like its in your way! but shoot..gettin built doesn't come easy...

Woah..so much stuff has happened since the last time I posted content! Expect more pictures and stories coming shortly..ill do it either tonight..or tomorrow..

Man..work has been keeping me sooo busy..that I don't have any time to write anything good or find some good content! It blows....

Get home..hang out with the fam which is always nice and relaxing...have some of my mom's amazing food..relax..and then call up some buddies to hang out at XYZ...we get there..and just straight chill...its one of my friend's birthday from SCU...and they all rented a party bus to go from Santa Clara to Suite 181..yup..i was there just last friday..for my sisters birthday..but I was friends..and we figured..what the heck..lets all go and just chill...

It's my sis' 23rd birthday party! I come in from Denver and go back to the house..rest for a bit and get ready to go eat at a Thai Restaurant. My sis invites her friends and I invite a middle school friend..along with some friends who newly moved to San Fran.
The thai restaurant, Thai Spice, is your normal thai food, nothing special about it..pretty standard, BUT my friend printed out a 15% coupon off of the entire meal which was a nice bonus!
After food we all go to Suite 181 for some dancing! By now management knows me pretty well and we get full access to the club, from VIP, to drinks, to entrance. All 'n all the music was awesome and everyone had fun. The only interesting tidbit was some ASSumptions that I had made...and some stuff that I had said...would I go back in time and change what I said? nope.... I've been thinking about those things for a while..and its not everyday when you meet people with qualities that you admire.....unfortunately....the events didn't turn out as expected..but life is all about living and learning..u can't truly experience life...without its ups and downs... but aside from that 'event' the night was awesome....everyone had a great time... as per the 'event' who knows what happens next...

Man o MAN..today i found out some SAD & Frustrating news.... [business related..nothing personal].... so a friend and I have been working on a mobile social networking concept... gotMesh... we've been working on the design..but of course..not dedicating 100%..it's just moving along..very slowly.... there's another site..that does stuff similar to what we envisioned... www.dodgeball.com .. i've been checking out their site..but they don't really have a large user base... so i was like.. hopefully gotmesh..can come out..by the end of the year..

I find 'drive' to be quite mesmorizing. It seems that either you have it or you don't; this leads me to the question...Is Drive something you're born with? or is it something that you learn over time via your environment (peers, family, society)?
I look at my current project and I see people have an immense drive, which is good. What sucks is that I don't understand why they have such a drive for what they do. Recently, I have been looking at the bigger picture of corporate america and it seems that all the little activities that people do, within corporations, are nice and all (somebody's gotta do it), but they are so micro in terms of looking at the strategy and overall vision of the business. I'm realizing more and more that visionaries and strategists is something I want to focus on, only because it seems that you can actually make a difference; sure there's the quote..every little bit counts, which it does...but for me..once I understand the bigger picture..I wanna get involved with shaping the vision of the future.... not look at this small miniscule thing..that in the grand scheme of things..isn't really an issue.

Yes yes..i'm done with my Masters..but this is an interesting article nonetheless. As I have never seen a ranking of High Schools, you always hear about colleges.. Complete School List

Ahh....yesterday after work it was snowing...yup snowing in denver during the end of April....makes me miss home! At any rate..i get out of my hotel today.. friday's are always hectic...cuz u have to wake up early and check out of the hotel....and of course eat some breakfast..never forget that....

So i open the trunk of my rental..and put all my crap in there... then i go for the drivers side door....and put the key in...I'm like..why isn't it turning...i apply some pressure....and take the key out..

It's freak'n BENT! I'm freezing in the cold..my car is covered in snow..and my key is bent.... at that point i'm like ARRRRR.... i go to the hotel desk..and talk to the people..they're like 'You should've gone out with hot water..and splashed it on the door lock....' I WAS LIKE..THANKS for telling me NOW! i borrow a wrench and pray that it doesn't snap in half..otherwise i'd be SOL... so i try..and it actually changes! woo hoo
